In order to stay better connected with our product users around the world, we've created a Roberlo Instagram profile that will allow us to have a closer relationship with them and to keep them better informed.
Instagram was launched in October 2010 for iPhone and quickly became very popular. In 2012, the year that an Android version was released, it was announced that Facebook had bought the company for 1 billion dollars. From then on it’s been a continuous success story until it has now reached 800 million active users and is one of the networks with the biggest growth rate.
This application allows users to upload photos and videos that they can add photo effects to, subsequently sharing them on the same social network or on others such as Facebook, Tumblr, Flickr and Twitter in order to interact with their followers.
The content we will include on this social network will show news from the brand, application tips, new products, examples of cars repainted with excellent finishes, testimonial videos, recordings for technical training and, in short, anything that could interest painters and colorists.
Testimonial and technical training videos
Along with the launch of our Instagram profile (@roberlorefinish), we will launch our "Roberlovers" campaign in which we will give a voice to real users of our products and Roberlo distributors who will explain their experiences of working with us.
This campaign is presented in the form of short videos of less than 1 minute in length that aim to bring together different types of users in order to promote information exchange between them.
In addition, by using the #roberlovers hashtag, professionals around the world will also be able to show off the auto body repairs they have done using Roberlo and freely express their opinion.
What's more, our technical team will also offer recommendations for product use in short video clips and will explain different working procedures that will help avoid errors, as well as improve workshop efficiency and profitability.
