Weight mix tables for primers and clear coats

 Back to all news

We are providing users of our primers and clear coats with some useful weight mix sheets. So that each technician can choose the method that is most convenient for them when preparing the product they are going to apply.

Sometimes professionals in Paint and Bodyshops prefer to mix products like clear coat and primer based on weight alone instead of volume. This is because some users find it inconvenient to use the cup scale guides when trying to calculate the B and C (hardener, additive or solvent) component ratio to produce the final mixed product for application to the vehicle.

Thanks to these simple tables, the exact quantity of each component can be easily calculated, so that when using this method with the scales, the user can easily get to the exact ratio of the constituent products.

These tables show the weight proportion for the preparation of different mix quantities (100g, 500g, 1000g, etc.) so that they can be referred to quickly when mixing for all sizes of repair.

You will find this documentation on the page for each primer and each clear coat on our website roberlo.com. To download it just click on the “+Info” button which you will find just above the reference for each item.

If you would like further information on this or any other matter, do not hesitate to contact our technical and sales department, they will help you resolve any queries that may arise during the application of our products.
