Great start of Roberlovers, Roberlo’s latest campaign

Roberlo has achieved great success and boosted its digital presence through its latest campaign called Roberlovers on Instagram and Youtube social networks.

This campaign, launched this past January, is an original project that has aroused great interest and has upgraded the engagement between Roberlo and its users and clients.

Along with the creation of its Instagram profile (@roberlorefinish), the company began its Roberlovers campaign with the aim to have a closer relationship and give a voice to real users and distributors and, at the same time, keep them better informed about Roberlo’s latest news.

The campaign is based on short videos, less than one minute, available in Roberlo’s Instagram, LinkedIn and Youtube account. This project aims to promote information exchange between Roberlo’s users and general users in the car refinish sector from all around the globe and, therefore, during these past months, the company has released more than ten Roberlovers videos from distributors and end users from countries such as Lithuania, Panama, Ecuador, Morocco, United Kingdom, Colombia or Brazil.

 

Increase in Roberlo’s brand awareness globally

“We are excited to see the development of this project in social networks. For the time being, it has helped us to enlarge our relationships with the clients, increase our presence in social media and expand brand awareness”, says Roberlo Marketing Director, Albert Juher. “This campaign, along with our drive in social networks and new training videos from our technical team, has helped us accentuate our key differentiators: our expertise, dedication to innovation and global presence”, adds Juher. In addition, professionals are using Roberlovers hashtag (#roberlovers), showing the body repairs they have done using Roberlo solutions and freely express their opinion.

Transferring the values of the brand into words and images, this new project has generated more than 1,500 visualizations in Youtube, 2,500 in Instagram, 500 likes and 20% increase in followers, which it means a great increment in digital presence. Roberlo’s Marketing Director emphasizes: “At Roberlo we stand by our clients’ side and this are not just words; this can be seen in each Roberlover”.

Furthermore, a part from the testimonial videos, Roberlo is also boosting its presence with new visual content. In this sense, Roberlo’s technicians and technical trainers are creating new videos with explanations, tips, advices and recommendations in short video clips, agile and very formative. This new content permits explain and show novelties, different working procedures that will help avoid errors, as well as improve workshop efficiency and profitability in car refinish sector.

During these first six months, the firm has published new videos about its Crombox Color Card, Robliner and Robtrim products. For the following months it is planned the launch of new videos about tri-layer process and guidelines and recommendations on weighing control for car refinish painting. “Is an effective way of supporting our clients and all end users by sharing our experience and know-how in this area”, affirms Juher. All videos count with the help and interaction of Roberlo’s trainers and technicians.
