Disolac is to be renamed Disolac+ to highlight the improvements made to the system, together with new style cans which carry the new roberlo design.
In order to bring product usage in line with actual consumption, we have changed the packaging format of DISOLAC+ bases from 4-litre cans to 3.5 and 1 litre cans. The changes have been made so as to completely optimize stock management. Products with smaller stock turn have been revised to 1-litre cans in order to prevent existing stock from ageing and to reduce the actual cost of stock on the machine itself.
The new Disolac+ machine also has shelf space for nine x 1-litre cans, so for existing machines without these individually sized spaces it will be necessary to use spacers for these cans.
Also being introduced is the DISOLAC+ Quality Colour card which details the different categories in the system. The card helps the user to completely understand the different surface finishes and gloss levels available. On the reverse of each of the cards there is detailed information about the product characteristics, such as the percentage of hardener, solvent, drying times and levels of gloss available.
We have also updated and revised the technical data sheets, including the most up to date technical detail. You can find the new data sheets within the new colour software programme as well as on our new website (available soon).
The new and completely updated Colour Software programme is available for every new Roberlo paint system, including DISOLAC+. One of the main features of the programme is that it allows the user to compare and choose between different binders for different effects and finishes, whether in standard or premeasured cans.
The user can also select and adjust the levels of hardeners and solvents to calculate final RFU prices and VOC content.
